4. Install the Handles

Apply a bead of plumbers putty or other sealant around the bottom of the

escutcheon of the handle assembly according to the putty manufacturer’s

instructions.

Install the stem extension and screw. Securely tighten.

Close each valve.

Slide the handle assembly onto the valve stem.

Orient the handle to the closed position.

Thread the escutcheon of the handle assembly onto the valve to secure the handle

assembly against the deck.

Remove any excess plumbers putty.

Repeat with the second handle.

Installer les poignées

Appliquer du mastic de plombier ou un produit semblable autour de la base de

l’applique de la poignée selon les instructions du fabricant.

Installer l’extension de tige et la vis. Bien serrer.

Fermer chaque valve.

Glisser la poignée sur la tige de la valve.

Orienter la poignée en position fermée.

Visser l’applique de l’ensemble de poignée sur la valve pour sécuriser la poignée

contre le comptoir.

Retirer tout excédent de mastic de plombier.

Répéter avec la seconde poignée.
