4. Install the Mounting Blocks and Wax Ring

Position the mounting blocks over the mounting holes.

Secure each of the mounting blocks with two of the supplied lag bolts.

Position a wax ring on the ﬂange.

Connect the Supply Hose to the Toilet

Slide the supply hose outlet into the toilet water inlet.

Slide the clip over the ﬂanges on the supply hose and inlet. Make sure both ﬂanges rest in the gap

in the clip and are ﬁrmly held in place.

CAUTION: Risk of property damage. It is critical that the supply hose be ﬁrmly secured by the

clip. The supply hose could be displaced when under pressure if the clip is not correctly installed,

resulting in water damage.

Conﬁrm the clip is ﬁrmly holding the supply hose in place. The clip will be able to rotate freely

with no signiﬁcant resistance when properly installed.
