4. Complete the Installation

Install the Handles

Install a long stem extension onto each valve body.

Secure each long stem extension with the screws (provided).

Close the valves (hot = clockwise, cold = counterclockwise).

Thread a handle onto each valve body.

Conﬁrm the base of each handle is ﬂush with the ﬁnished deck.

NOTE: If the handles are not ﬂush: Remove the handles and long stem extensions

from the valve bodies. Install and secure short stem extensions to the valve bodies.

Close the valves, then reinstall the handles onto the valve bodies.

With the valves closed, position each handle with the lever facing away from the

spout.

NOTE: If adjustment is needed, remove the handle, then reposition the stem

extension. Reinstall the handle. Repeat until the desired alignment is achieved.

Installation Checkout

With the handles in the closed position, turn on the main water supply.

Check for leaks. Adjust as needed.

Turn the handles to the full open position to run water through the spout.

Check for leaks. Adjust as needed.

Turn the handles to the full closed position.
