3. Complete Remaining Cuts

CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. Always wear safety glasses while cutting.

Temporarily secure the wall jambs to the side walls of the ﬁnished opening with masking tape.

Orient the wall jambs so the screw holes face the inside of the shower and the ″Top″ label is at the

top.

Carefully measure the distance (B) between the top of the wall jambs. Mark this distance on the

header and expander.

Carefully measure the distance (C) between the bottom of the wall jambs. Mark this distance on the

threshold.

Cut along the inside of the marked line to cut the header, expander, and threshold to length.

Use a ﬁle to remove any burrs where the cuts were made.
