F. Sensor

eyes are

scratched.

F. Replace the sensor assembly.

G. The bleed

hole in the

diaphragm

is plugged

or the

plunger is

stuck.

G. Turn off the water supply.

Remove valve cover and

diaphragm assembly. Clean any

debris from the area and

reinstall the components.

H. A ﬂex hose

is kinked.

H. Check the ﬂex hoses to make

certain they are not kinked. If

a ﬂex hose is kinked,

disconnect it from the ﬁlter

cartridge, straighten, and

reconnect.

4. Low ﬂow

(either AC or

DC).

A. Supply

pressure is

low.

A. Check any ﬁltration systems for

blockage. Check incoming

water pressure. Pressure should

be at least 20 psi (137 kPa).

B. Filters are

plugged.

B. Turn off water supply and

disconnect ﬁttings from supply

lines. Remove ﬁlter cartridges

from both supply lines. Clean

debris from screens and

reinstall the cartridges.

C. Aerator is

plugged.

C. Remove the aerator and clean

it. For calcium/mineral

deposits, soak the aerator

plastic insert in a 50:50 mixture

of vinegar and water. Soak only

the insert and no other

components.

5. Constant

water ﬂow

(DC).

A. Battery life

expired.

A. Remove spout and replace

battery. Use a standard 6 Volt

lithium battery. This item is not

available from Kohler but can

be purchased at many stores

locally.

6. Constant

water ﬂow

(AC).

A. The power

source is

unstable,

off, or the

circuit is

blown.

A. Once the power is stable,

unplug the unit and plug back

into wall.
