4. Measure, Cut, and Install the Top Track

Carefully measure the wall to wall opening (dimension ″D″) at the top of the installed wall jambs.

NOTE: For best results, use a 32-teeth per inch hacksaw blade and a miter box.

Subtract 1/32″ (1 mm) from dimension ″D″ and cut the top track to this dimension.

Taking care not to scratch the ﬁnished surfaces, carefully ﬁle the rough edges at the cut end of the

top track.

Install the top track over the ends of both wall jambs.
